Can I change the plan?
Sure. You can stop the lease or change the plan anytime, but we don't get you refund for the current month.

Do I need to pay additionally for Support, Upgrade and Cloud?
No, you don't need to pay any additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting, you just need to pay for the Plan monthly/yearly, or pay one-time fee for the Enterprise Plan.

What will happen to my presentations if I stop paying for the plan?
Once you cancel the service, the presentations you created during the renting period will not be active and our system will keep them for a long period of time. If you want to continue to use your presentations, please subscribe our service again.

How to activate the Paid version?
After you pay for any Focusky service, our system will automatically confirm your order and activate your account, no license code needed. Once the order is done successfully, then you just need to launch the software and login your account to enjoy the service.

Do you offer an option of white labeling?

How many presentations can I publish?
There is no limit on the presentations you may have. You are free to publish as many content as you wish.

What happens to presentations if I cancel my plan? Do people still see the presentations?
If you cancel your account your presentations still remain online but stop being accessible from mobile devices and tablets.

Can I use my presentations on multiple websites?
Yes, you can publish it everywhere.

How do I embed a presentations into my blog or website?
It's very easy to embed the presentations you created with Focusky. Just create your presentations and when you're finished, click "Publish" and in "My Work" page, click on the "Embed code" option and copy the generated HTML code. Paste the code in any HTML-supporting medium, such as your website or blog admin. If you make changes to your presentations, the changes are instantly visible where the flipping book is already embedded. You don't have to copy and paste the new embedded code, unless you have changed the size of your presentations.
