What are the differences between the free version and the paid version?
The free user can enjoy the complete features of desktop app except for output limitation on software, and there will be Focusky watermark embedded on published presentations. Meanwhile the free user can't apply the advanced features of Focusky online system.
What is the contact duration?
The Focusky plans are month-to-month and yearly or PERMANENT..
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel your Focusky subscription easily from your Focusky account. Go to Order History -> Click here to cancel option. Your publications will stay premium until the expiration of your current subscription, but the subscription will not be renewed..
Why don't I see anything about view limits?
That's because there are none! Share it, tweet it - get it out there. The more people read your content, the better your business will do. It is a win-win!
How can I pay for the order of your software?
When you're ready to pay, you can pay via PayPal any time. Each month PayPal will bill your account automatically if you choose the Standard plan, and each year for Professional plan. Cancel anytime - we hope you don't, but you can!
Can I publish my presentation to my own server?
Yes, but only for paid users. Once you choose any of the paid plans, you can publish the presentation to local computer and upload to your own website. However, the number of local publishing varies according to the plan you choose: 30/month for Standard, and unlimited for Professional and Enterprise.

I don't have money for a subscription, what should i do?
You can choose the limited free version (it is free forever), or you could write an article about your experience with Focusky and email us to get a reward.
What will happen to my presentations if I stop paying for the plan?
Once you cancel the service, the presentations you created during the renting period will not be active and our system will keep them for a long period of time. If you want to continue to use your presentations, please subscribe our service again.
Can I upgrade to a new plan?
Upgrade any time you want from your Focusky account. Upgrading to a more expensive Focusky plan will result in a pro-rated charge, according to the cost of your new plan.
Is there any additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting?
No, there is no additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting, you just need to pay for the Plan monthly/yearly, or pay one-time fee for the Enterprise Plan.
Is there any way for others to manage my online presentations using their own accounts?
Yes, you can choose Professional or Enterprise Plan. By choosing Professional, your presentations can be accessed and managed by 3 different accounts; while Enterprise Plan allows 10 accounts to manage the created online presentations.
Where are the presentations stored? Is my data secured?
By using Focusky Upload Service, you are to agree to store your presentations on Focusky Server, and you can make your presentations available online without hosting a website. And Focusky Upload Service employs Amazon S3 Service to store your presentation data, which can better protect your data from losing and leaking.
